The weekly rotation is important to every sneakerhead. I take to Instagram to show off a couple on foot pictures usually; but there isn’t much more than the picture. I pick my shoes with effort and sometimes days ahead of an event. Sometimes I decide to Un-deadstock a shoe right before I leave the house.
The things we do in our favorite pieces of clothing are attached to those pieces. Memories start to become stapled to these shoes that we create them in.
For The Toe is a section where I like to talk about what I have on foot. What I wear on vacations; to dinners; to the gym; to go shopping; to go to the park; everywhere.
I have over 80 pairs of footwear and I believe each pair has a small story to it at the very least. As I live my life, the more places I walk in those shoes, the more challenges I face; makes this art more appreciated.
