The Galaxy Foamposites are back and released for a retail price of $230 on the SNKRS app at 9:00AM and at your local sneaker stores on February 21st 2025.
The first time this sneaker came out in 2012 it cause waves in the sneaker community. People were going absolutley insane for this pair. Long lines, riots, fights, and crazy trades emerged from this release all over the US.
This release to almost identical to the pair that released back in 2012. Seems like Nike is aiming to replicate some of these new retros to 100% to bring back some hype to this sneaker collecting.
I wonder how these will do in store and how the community will react to these. If they will sell out or sit on shelves. Will people wear them casually? What do you think about this pair? A must cop or a must pass?
I personally remember when these shoes came out and I really did like them back in the day, Growing up skateboarding and being 14 when the shoes released wasn’t an ideal equation for me getting them back then. But now I might just go back and try and get them. They’re loud, they’re different. they’re one of a kind. The best foamposite and possibly the only one I would wear.
