Are you tired of the Reimagined look yet? Some of the most iconic Jordan’s of all time have been getting retro’d but they have a distinct look. They’re getting a pre-aged look in the midst of production. Making it look vintage as it comes out the box for the first time. I like the concept of the “Lost & Found” Jordan 1s but i would rather age my sneakers myself. Although I appreciate the OG’s coming back, i wish they wouldn’t force this concept on these classics.
AJ3 is the Air Jordan that sold Michael Jordan to the brand. He liked the AJ1 but hated the AJ2 and started to lean away from the brand. Tinker Hatfield sat with the Athlete and figured out what he liked. They came up with something stylish and effective. MJ was locked in from then on.
This pair has a clean white upper for the base and features the classic elephant print along the midsole. Aged midsole and heel tab to give it that reimagined feel. Red hits on the logo, lining and eyelets. Classic Nike Air branding on the heel tab pulls it all together.
