Nike Dunk Low “What The Paul”

One of the most hyped up Nike Dunks of the year is set to release this week and here’s what you need to know about it.

This crazy pair of sneakers is inspired by multiple iconic color ways of signature skate shoes by Nike professional, Paul Rodriguez.

The ‘What the’ sneaker is inspired by 14 different color ways and shoe models.

Paul Rodriguez has been a Nike prodigy for over a decade. A staple icon for Nike skateboarding. Growing up in the 2010’s skate era it was more common to skate p-rods than dunks or any other signature shoe by Nike at the time.

The stock for this shoe is extremely limited. It’s rumored only 10,000 pairs are releasing, with only about 4,000 pairs going out through the SNKR’s app.

Nike Dunk SB’s have traditionally released through local skate shops. This allows more skaters and locals the chance to cop dunks at the retail price. This also allows them to get creative for their own raffles and make it more of an experience.

Southside, Select, and Geometric skate shops are all trusted by the Houston community and known for being fair in raffles.

With the celebration of the sneaker dropping, ‘P-rod’ also banged out a street part for Primitive. At the same time he celebrates opening up Primitive skatepark headquarters. Although Paul’s been in the game for a long time; he’s still got some new stuff for the skate community.

‘What The Paul’ set to drop tomorrow on the Nike SNKRS app at 9:00AM CDT.
